To mark World Mental Health Day (10th October), I thought I would like to offer up these tracks.

Any money raised will go to Chilli Studios, who do amazing work, supporting and encouraging those who live with mental health issues and your money will help them in delivering the services they provide.

The tracks represent a journey that begins with sadness, then we are taken to darker place before finally returning to feelings of hope and optimism.

Rains All Day Long is an adaptation of the melody from the traditional folk song, Bold Riley.
